Specific Objective of GREEN ZONE audit is to obtain data relating to consumption patterns in client’s buildings quantifying it into a riyal value that could be presented with relevance to operational KPI’s and P& L statements, To identify efficiency levels of the electrical equipment and highlight the potential energy savings interventions within those buildings collecting evidences and measurements. Walk through energy audits will be undertaken and/or smart calibrated meters installed in buildings. The Energy Audit attributes will be as follows:

Energy consumption measurements
Energy consumption analyzers Reports.
Thermal Imaging and air leakages and heat losses documentation.
Air volume and humidity measurements and air flow tracking.
Light intensity and distribution measurements.
Establish a point of reference to track efficiency of equipment.
Establish an asset condition report for current and future reference.
Generate a corrective action plan to rectify findings.

The Audit will reflect directly on your monthly electrical bill and the operating outcome of your electrical device’s acceptable operational limits.

The assets condition of the electrical equipment will be established and documented, helping you in taking a calculated decision with regards to repair, replace, or maintain your assets.

Generate a visual report with a riyal value of operational cost on an hourly basis, this will assist in taking clear calculated decisions.
